What is Macular Hole?
A macular hole can affect detailed central vision. An eye examination is needed to confirm the cause of symptoms and discuss appropriate treatment.
When to seek help
- When a vision change is new, worsening or affecting daily activities.
- When you notice flashes, floaters, distortion, a shadow or sudden reduction in vision.
- When you have diabetes or a known eye condition and need a review.
